Dan McDaniel, President

Mr. McDaniel started Aim Real Estate Corporation in 1999 with over 20 years of management and marketing real estate experience after being with the British Columbia Building Corporation in Victoria, British Columbia for 6 years as their Asset Manager.

Mr. McDaniel’s experience includes property management, leasing and development in the Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary markets. His landlord experience with firms such as McCollum Rostrup, the Regional/Stateman Group and BCBC permits Mr. McDaniel to have a clear understanding of owners’ goals and procedures.

Mr. McDaniel’s family’s company, F.J. McDaniel Ltd. Developed, owned and managed over 3000 multifamily units and 100,000 square feet of commercial and industrial property in the City of Edmonton. They also developed and managed two hotels in Hinton and Jasper Alberta. F.J. McDaniel Ltd has been in operation for more than 50 years. This tradition and success is the driving force behind Mr. McDaniel’s company.

Mr. McDaniel oversees leasing, sales and property management and will monitor and review the implementation of the management plan for Kylewood Court.
